Testimonials

Needle Phobia

My fear of needles was beginning to control my life, making a simple trip to the GP a nightmare.  After just a few sessions with Leigh I was able to rationalise my fear, take control of my reactions and find a ‘safe place’.  I use all the techniques Leigh taught me when dealing with my phobia - but also in day to day life. Hypnotherapy has allowed me to control my anxiety and has taught me that I am the one in charge of my feelings.
