Once a month something will be posted here that may be of interest to you. Practical tips, quotes, metaphors, short stories, poems - things like that.

For now, here are some photos taken from an airplane last year.  Above the clouds, looking down at these amazing views, the insignificance of all our day to day ‘stuff’ hit home. Beneath the clouds thousands of people are rushing around with heads full of thoughts that often aren’t doing ourselves – or anyone else - much good. We’re not even aware of it most of the time.  Sometimes it’s reactive to whatever’s pushing our buttons. And sometimes it’s just mush. Occasionally, genius.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could get control of our minds instead of letting our minds control us?
