Driving Test Nerves

I approached Leigh McIntyre because I was suffering from nerves and a lack of confidence in passing my HGV driving test.  Although I only had one hypnosis session with her, the relaxation techniques from that session and from the CD helped me to remain calm on the lead up to the test and during it.

The positive messages encouraged me to think that I could and would pass my test.  I kept these positive thoughts in my mind and to my surprise, I remained calm and actually enjoyed sitting my test because I knew I had the ability to pass - which I did with a glowing report.  I firmly believe that without the help from Leigh, I would have been far too nervous to pass my test.  She gave me the confidence I needed and although I had never used hypnosis before, this positive experience has ensured that I will definitely use it again in the future.  I would recommend Leigh’s therapy to anyone!
